Rules

The Pioneer Sports TOB Ball Hockey League follows the official USA Ball Hockey rulebook to ensure fair, consistent, and competitive gameplay across all divisions.

Game Format

• Games consist of three 10 minute running time periods
• The clock runs continuously except in special situations determined by officials

Overtime

• If a game is tied at the end of regulation, a 10 minute overtime period will be played
• Overtime is played 3 on 3
• Golden Goal format applies, meaning the first team to score wins immediately
